About Calendar Timesheet
Calendar Timesheet is a Google Sheets add-on that turns the meetings in your Google Calendar into hours, amounts and monthly statements per client. It is made and sold by Pierre Chevallier, entrepreneur individuel (a sole trader) in France. The publisher's legal details are in the terms of service.
Why it exists
Freelancers and consultants who bill by the hour often plan every client meeting in Google Calendar, then rebuild the same hours by hand in a spreadsheet at the end of the month. The hours were written down once already, when the meeting was planned. Calendar Timesheet reads them from the calendar, so the month-end statement is ready instead of retyped.
How it is built
- It runs inside your own Google Sheet, in your Google account. There is no Calendar Timesheet server and no account to create.
- It reads your calendars and never edits them.
- No analytics and no tracking. The only thing that leaves your Google account is your licence key, sent to Gumroad to check it. The privacy policy has the details.
- Payments, invoices and refunds are handled by Gumroad.
