1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to Calendar Timesheet, an add-on for Google Sheets distributed as a ready-made sheet and on the Google Workspace Marketplace, and to the licences sold for it. By installing it or buying a licence, you accept them.
2. Free use and trial
Export of calendar events to a tab is free, without time limit. The Pro features (clients, rates, autopilot, monthly statements, dashboard, payments and emails) can be tried once per Google account, free, until the first month-end statement after the trial starts and for at least 14 days. No payment details are asked for the trial. When the trial ends, nothing is deleted from your sheet; the Pro features stop until a licence is activated.
3. Licences
- Monthly and yearly licences are subscriptions renewed automatically by Gumroad until you cancel. A cancelled subscription keeps Pro until the end of the period already paid.
- Lifetime licences are paid once and give the Pro features for as long as the product is offered, including later versions. Features you paid for are never removed from your licence.
- A licence is personal: one person, any number of their own spreadsheets. Sharing a licence key with other people is not allowed.
- The licence key is checked with Gumroad about once a week. If Gumroad cannot be reached, Pro keeps working for 14 days after the last successful check.
4. Prices, payment and refunds
Prices are shown in US dollars on this site and in the add-on. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country. Gumroad is the seller of record: it collects payment, issues the receipt and handles taxes. You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of any payment, without giving a reason, by replying to your Gumroad receipt or writing to support@calendartimesheet.com. A refunded licence stops working.
5. Your data and your responsibility
The add-on works inside your Google account and writes only to your spreadsheet; see the privacy policy. Statements are calculated from your calendar and your settings: check them before sending an invoice. Calendar Timesheet is not an invoicing or accounting system and does not issue legal invoices.
6. Availability
The add-on depends on Google services (Calendar, Sheets, Apps Script) and on Gumroad. We do our best to keep it working when these services change, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we ever stop offering Calendar Timesheet, active subscriptions will be cancelled and the unused part of the current period refunded; your sheets and their data stay in your account.
7. Liability
Calendar Timesheet is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use the add-on to break the law or anyone's rights, or try to bypass the licence check. We may refuse or cancel a licence used in breach of these terms, with a refund of the unused period.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here, with its date. Changes do not reduce the rights of a licence already paid. These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute arises, write to us first; consumers in the European Union may also use the courts of their country of residence.
