Support
Activate your licence
- After buying, Gumroad shows your licence key and emails it to you. It is also in your Gumroad library.
- In your sheet, open Extensions, then Calendar Timesheet, then Open.
- In the panel, open Plan and licence, click Enter your licence key, paste the key and click Activate.
One licence covers all your own spreadsheets: activate it once, it follows your Google account.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Gumroad. Open the link "Manage membership" in your Gumroad receipt, or sign in to your Gumroad library and open Calendar Timesheet Pro. From there you can update your card or cancel. After cancelling, Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Refunds
Any payment can be refunded in full within 30 days, without giving a reason. Reply to your Gumroad receipt or write to support@calendartimesheet.com.
Common problems
"Autopilot is off for you in this sheet"
The hourly update belongs to the person who turned it on. If you are someone else, or if it was removed, click Turn it back on in the panel.
"Autopilot has not updated since…"
Click Check calendars, or open Extensions, Calendar Timesheet, Diagnostic. It shows what the add-on reads and what it last did.
An event is missing or counted twice
Declined invitations and all-day events are left out, and time marked "free" too if you turn it on. Change these in the settings, under How time is counted. An event present in two of your calendars counts once, in the first calendar of your list. Events no rule recognises wait in To sort.
The amounts changed after an invoice
They cannot: a closed month is frozen. To rebuild one on purpose, use Recalculate a closed month in the menu.
Remove Calendar Timesheet
Delete the copy of the sheet, or remove its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Nothing else is kept anywhere.
